Sheet Metal Fabrication
From simple laser cuts to complex weldments, our sheet metal department offers a variety of functions for all manner of sheet metal products. Anything from simple brackets to full scale machine enclosures can be crafted on our shop floor. Our experts conduct extensive quality checks throughout the manufacturing process, as well as a final inspection prior to delivery or shipping. Offered sheet metal services are; laser cutting, bending and forming, welding, hardware assembly, and painting/powder coating.
Powder Coating
The newest addition to PE Metalworks, Inc. Powder coating offers a durable and affordable paint substitute applicable to nearly any design imaginable, from agricultural systems to electrical fixtures and more. Both in-house and finished products are given a thorough cleaning in our wash tank, heated dry to remove any moisture or residues, and processed to whatever specifications are required.
Flatbed, Metalphoto®, and Screen-Printed Graphics
Using a variety of approaches, our graphics department is capable of black and white or color printing on an assortment of surfaces including aluminum, Lexan and acrylics. With these options at your disposal, PE can create custom screen printing, signs, nameplates, part labels, control panels, dials, scales, and more.
